By shining light on the subconscious self through a guided meditation and sound bath, you will have the opportunity to access patterns and beliefs of lack, fear, scarcity, and low worth that have held you back from creating abundance, resonating from a place of confidence, flow, alignment, surrender and trust.

The process is a gentle yet powerful exploratory and transformative experience as we guide you through the process of accessing your fears and limitations to become more empowered, aligning with your pure and potent authentic self.

Tara Kabatoff, intuitive healer and teacher will lead an opening talk on the makings and influence of the subconscious mind and guided meditation with sound provided by Nadine Wildood.

Nadine Wildwood, sound facilitator and yoga instructor will open the session with light yoga, targeting areas where we tend to hold onto financial pressures and blocks, plus a powerful and transformative sound bath for healing, and self-discovery.

Event Itinerary:

**Make sure to wear comfy clothes and bring a pillow for your head if you like as you'll be lying on the floor for a while. We will provide yoga mats and have extra blankets on hand.
